taking more time to analyze & encode

I would like to start by saying thanks to the people behind dvd shrink. I have been a long time user and its great. my only concern is the total time for every process. I used to be able to time almost exactly how long every process would take. about 1 hour and 45 min. to encode and burn. now all of a sudden every disc is taking almost twice as long. 2 and a 1/2 hours to 3 hours any suggestions? dont worry i will continue to use it and tell friends about it either way. love it thanx! steve
