OpenDML AVI Output ?????

Does anyone know what this setting in FlaskMpeg do ?
What format does this Output method do ?.

It outputs openDML avi format instead of the old avi format.
OpenDML allows for avi files larger than 2 GB.

Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.
