actually, the p2p SOFTWARE is legal.... most content, such as moveis, music, etc. are still COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.

I have no doubt that P2P is legal (I know it is).
Like you say ziadost, it's certain content shared that infringes the law.
I dont use P2P software anymore! Like any Software I tried it and looked at which advantages it brought.
In my case I see no use for it.
People interested in getting pirated content of different natures will find it the next best thing to sliced bread.
This doest mean everyone in the P2P world is the same (no pun intended)
There is also the Viruses/Trojans/spyware it all brings.
No thank you!
Informed decision, which I in turn inform others of...
If it's your thing, I have nothing against it...

One must not forget that all control by the System.

Maybe.
But, you don't think that the action is only a demonstration and, that the mind is the human's main piece.
I don't question your statements, because I think that the theory without the practice is not anything.
But I prefer to have a well made head that a very full head.
Sometimes our actions are vain, but it is the mind that vien to rescue it.

P2P has always been legal. Sharing movies and music to unpaid "customers" wasn't.Comment
