subtitle delay's after a vew min.

Hi There

I have downloaded a great movie (unbreakable) and i have also downloaded the subtitle for it.
I have made the subtitle to the right FPS with subadjust en set the time straight with the first line in the movie.
When i play the movie (micrdvd-player) everything seems to be fine, though after a view minutes the sub. are running behind.
Anybody know's what i can do to make it work??????

Sorry for the confusing things i write
but when i wrote delay i mean ahead
When i play the movie the sub. are running ahead after a vew minutes, after 3 minutes a second or 10 pritty much as i say so.

For this the guesting is the same , can anybody help me please??????????

For all my synchronisation of subtitles i use Subsync
There is not a thing you can not do with this program as far as stretching, shifting, editting etc is concerned.

Maybe this program can help you better to synchronize the subs
