I'm using DVDShrink to split a DVD9 into 2 DVD5's using the replace with still image function and no compression on the menu or any extra data. Is it necessary that I should do a deep analysis?
Thanks for the almost immediate reply. Well I am able to retain menu functionality by doing a full disc backup and just replacing the unwanted video portions with a still image.
I suppose without a deep analysis I wouldn't need AEC too. Am I right?

This would be the best way...

Correctamundo
If no compression is required neither a deep analysis or AEC quality enchancements are required
