Major Avi Playback Problem Please Help!

Hi I just recently downloaded "Cowboy Bebop-Knockin on Heavens Door.avi" The damn thing was 500+MB. And for some reason when I play it, there is NO video, only audio. Is there a way to fix this? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Install 3.11a. If I remember correctly, this movie was encoded with this codec. Otherwise, try installing 4.12 ON TOP OF 3.11a (do not let it play 3.11 contents).

I was referring to the codecs only. That's what it's termed. It's not a part of something else.
