You'll laugh but it's the new David Cassidy concert DVD - it just came out in stores in the UK yesterday and only is available for Region 2.

To try the hack you dont need a region 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 DVD... You will need however a DVD region (what yours is not) to make sure it worked.

For this I am sure you can borrow from a friend...

I went half way in finding out the hack for your DVD player, Meett me half way and try it and report if it worked...

To try the result you can either rent a region 2 DVD, borrow, or make one...

thanks-the dvd hack worked for Region 2 but

I can't get the DVD to play in color. I tried fixing the color on the tv, but it still plays in black and white - any answers?

                    Thanks for everyone's help.

There are cases where NTSC DVD will play black and white on a Pal player... This is when the DVD palyer is multiregion but not NTSC/PAL compatible.

Try both the hacks posted and if after the introduction of which it still is the same then the hach doesnt work to make your DVD a NTSC/PAL player but it will work on making it a multiregion. player...
