Nero Express 3 problem.....

when I try to use this program to make a DVD video it always crashes. The crash occurs after i add the video files to begin the process. My system is a Pentium 4 with an Asus motherboard an an LG 4081 burner. Has anyone has a similar problem?

Yes all the updates are installed on Nero as well as WinXP(Sp2). I have uninstalled Nero and reinstalled several times always arriving at the same crash when I try to make a DVD video. I tried to do a video cd and although it did not crash it never got beyond the encoding part it did not crash. So I am wondering what might be in conflict wuith nero?

You do mean Nero VisionExpress and not Nero Express. Nero Express only burns.

Yes sorry for the confusion in my other posting. I do mean NeroVision Express 3.
