PAL to NTSC

I just aquired a TV card that supports NTSC and PAL M/N, my country uses PAL I is there anyway I can make this solution work? or is the solution buying another tv card

If you are going to be playing video on your PC, the format makes no difference - your (multi-synch) monitor will/should handle any format...
