In VirtualDub i get an error on my AVI File here is the Screen Shot for the file..any Help?

2) Can you PLAY the .AVI with Windows Media Player or similar? -
I did not create the avi..i got it off the net, but i can play it in my windows media playerComment

IM trying to convert it into an MPG but when i drag it into TMPGE..it dosent read it. so when that happens i usually put run it throught virtdub and it streches it out and then i am able to put it into TMPGE. I also get the an error on virtdub saying. "mpeg import filter unexpected end of file" on some of my other avis.any suggestionsComment

i know exactly what this is... Well, try this, go do a search for "virtualdub mpeg2" and download that. you also need the sound file called "ac3acm", you'll see it when you download virtualdub.... to install the sound file, right click on the file called "ac3acm.inf" and choose install. use this virtualdub for it, and it should work fine...Comment

if it doesn't work after that, then your video is corrupt in that frame, and that's why you get the error.... only way around that is to delete the frame probably...Comment
