handle invalid?

Getting the following error message:

"DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Programming error - exception occurred.

The handle is invalid."

Never got this message before. Only when trying to backup this one movie.

What's the meaning and what's the solution?

What movie is it? Try to use the search button on the movies title - perhaps somebody else has had the same problem with that movie.

Try using DVD2One (commercial software) instead of DVD Shrink...

Thanks for the tips. I searched "Bourne Supremacy" and found others had the same problem with this picture. Now I'd like to know where I can get a copy of Shrink 3.1.7.
