Divx codec for Quicktime under Windows

I've got a problem, I use Quicktime under windows, and I can't read any DivX because I didn't found any codec on the web.

I want to know if exist a DivX codec for Quicktime under Windows.

Or if somebody have got a mac and can send me .qtx file.

Hi,
I have used quicktime on both windows and mac.
Also use divx codec on both.

In windows I use the divx codec for windows media player freely availiable at downloads.com ( divx site download really slow for some reason ).
Plays all my divx movies just fine.

On my partners mac os x divx wouldn't play so I downloaded divx for mac os x. This makes quicktime able to play divx....on the mac.

Tried to do the same on windows...a window pops up saying it's trying to see if a download is availiable..then it says No there isn't.

That is apparently your answer.

Just download the codec for windows. Then you can view on winamp or windows media player.

Unless you have a preference for Quiktime.
Then back to square one I'm afraid.
