    DVD + and DVD -

    Does anybody know the difference between a DVD+ and a DVD-?

    1) Different physical format (invisible to you, the user)

    2) DVD-R can hold a tiny bit more data (4,489Mb vs.DVD+R 4,483Mb)

          Purpose: personal info!
          As I do not see (at all) what is meant by 'physical format' it would be nice if you could explain me 'just a liitle bit more' (something like: in the DVD- the width of the tracks is greater etc..)!
