InverseTelecine.dll for GordianKnot needed

Anybody can point me to where I can find the file InverseTelecine.dll for GordianKnot? I can't find it on Doom9's site either. Uncas?

Here you go, although I don't understand why you don't have it, I'am pretty sure it came with the full GKnot installer.

Apparently, I accidentally downloaded the update file. However, I'm unable to find the full GK installer in the official page. Seems to have changed hands. Does anyone have an alternative link?
