I'm trying to merge five episodes (.avi format) with VirtualDubMod, but whenever I load up the first episode, I receive an error "Warning: Nothing to Output BFrame Decoder Lag" in a black background...anyone know how to fix this problem? (or can I just move on and just ignore this message?)

Um..and if it's also possible, could anyone explain the best method in trying to burn this onto a DVD-R (or +R? Whatever that's gonna work on a DVD player)..I have a "Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K14L", and I'm on a Windows XP Home Edition. I'm currently attempting to burn it with "TMPGEnc"...am I heading in the right direction? Please help, many thanks if you do...and sorry if I sound newbish, first time trying to burn a DVD.
