    hotmale44,

Regarding your first screen shot: It is indeed blank if that screen is coming up.

Regarding your second screen shot: that is what I was talking about in my screen shot. If you go to "View" and change it "Details". Your screen shot will look exactly like my screen shot. All that is, its saying that its a "CD" drive. A DVD is a form of a CD also known as Compact Disc. That is normal.

Edit 1: If you right click on your "D" drive, then left click on "Explore", you should see your files.

What do you get when you right-click on your DVD drive with your media in it and select properties? Does it show as blank disk?
What do you get when you select 'Check media' in Nero? Does it tell you files are burned to it?
This isn't a learning curve ... this is b****y mountaineering!

When i right click on my dvd drive and select properties it says that it is all used space on the dvd-r
When i check media in nero it identifies that the cd is a dvd-r as well as the way i burned it which is "data" and it says the only available capacity is 384MB so therfore means that there's stuff on the dvd's the i burned click the attachments to seee pictures
