my 5 region code selection on dvdshrink 3.2 are used up, how can i get around it? i already tried re-installing, but it's still the same.

You can only change it 5 times - then it's locked to the latest region.

Install a region-free firmware. What burner is it?

pending on your drive, there might also be a firmware (hacked) that resets the count (worth looking into)
