DVD_to_WAV_which_application?
Not sure where to post this, but I'm looking for a reliable program to convert a DVD to an wav file. This is a VERY small file.. 3 minutes worth.. and am not sure what's a good application to do this. Thanks in advance.

Try a program called "DVD Audio Ripper" (not "Freeware"). -
Another choice would be MPEGMediator

BeSweet (freeware) can take a VOB and convert it to almost anything. Be sure to install the GUI as well as the CL prog - it makes it a breeze.
