    A dual/double LAYER burner burns to double LAYERED DVD media (as well as to single layered DVD media)...

    If, in fact, you've actually purchased blank burnable "flippers" (Double SIDED, Single LAYERED media), the answer to your question is NO, the burner cannot AUTOMATICALLY split the file and burn to two sides...

      thanks , you have been very patient and helpful... do you have a dual layer burner? I mistated.. I dont mean flip.. I thought you had to flip .. does the dual layer then allow you to burn the entire movie without shrink , after doing the decrypt.

        "thanks , you have been very patient and helpful..."

        My pleasure ;>}

        "do you have a dual layer burner?"

        Yes...

        "does the dual layer then allow you to burn the entire movie without shrink , after doing the decrypt."

        Yes...

        Keep in mind, however, that dual/double layer burnable media is still quite expensive...
