Help, Audio Problem

I am using Dvd Shrink to extract movie trailers from my dvds, but I extract them and save as ISO play them back in divx or Windows media only to find extremely quiet audio. What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps (Although I doubt it, since you're talking about trailers) you've saved DTS audiostreams...
