IFOEDIT error, The IFO Endsector does not match

I have used IFOEDIT and have encountered the problem.
Here is a sequence of events:
1. I have split a big unencrypted disk at VTS_01 into (DISK1 and DISK2)--
------>>>OK. No Problem

2. Have copied set of VTS to both DISK 1 and 2
VTS_XX_0.BUP
VTS_XX_0.IFO
VTS_XX_0.VOB

3. Have copied set of
VTS_XX_1.VOB to Disk 2

4. Used IDFOEDIT again to do Region Free:
and got an error:

IfoEdit
There's something wrong!
The IFO Endsector does not match
the file size

After that it has completed everything fine.
DISK1 I could not write to DVD--------------PROBLEM
DISK2 was ok.
