Line Blur in Canvas Video

Im using a Canon XL2 capturing at 24p 16:9, and loading it into Final Cut pro HD. I have it set to capture at 24 fps at 720x480.
In the Viewer im getting a nice clear picture, but in the canvas (video in the sequence) I get horizontal lines blurring the image when there is quick movement, but it stops when i scrub the timeline, or pause.

Nevermind, I just needed to De-interlace and set to progressive.
