HITCH Freeze on Analyze?

Anyone know what it means when a dvd is analyzing in DVD Shrink (Latest Version) and it gets to a certain percent and freezes? For example on the movie HITCH, when it gets to 13% it stops. If I try to just ReAuthor the main movie it doesnt work either?

Anyone having this problem...and if so is there a fix for dvds that dont complete analyzing? What are the steps to get it to work?

many have had problems with this movie.

do a search for this title here, rather than me posting the link, it'll take you a few seconds to find threads about successful back-ups with this title...
