What do you have to do to play this movie file .wmv. I cant play it with no player. I tryed media player, BS player, winamp, and nothing hapends.

If you cannot play it in any of the above players you mentioned. I would say it is a corrupt .wmv file. -

Depending on the nature of the .WMV file and how you obtained it, it's as likely a copy protected file (that prevents playback without a purchased license "key") as it is a corrupt file...
