New to the dvd world!

hi i am very new i just downloaded the newest version of nero as well as dvd shrink. Can anyone help me to go further, like for example: a procedue or what to click on in order to rip dvds to my hard drive then to burn it onto a dvd-r+r cd after that since i got no dvd drive just the burner.

Hello,
With only one drive you will have to save you movie to a file and then burn it to a disc.
I would recomend adding a DVD rom to yur pc you do not have to in order to back up a DVD but it would be easier for you.
First open shrink then open Disc, then when you click on backup, you will click save to a file. When the DVD is backed up to a file you will then open shrink, then open file make sure the original is out and a blank is in then back up to your burner or burn the DVD manually through nero.

"burn it on to a dvd-r+r cd. You definitely want to burn it onto a dvd -/+ r and not a cd.
