English subtitles for Rush Hour 2, framerate 23.976.

Does someone have English subtitles in any format (for example for MicroDVD) for Rush Hour 2 movie and framerate 23.976 ? Everyone has only PAL version subtitles and these subtitles don't fit.

If I would have DVD , it would not be a problem. But I downloaded DVDRip of this movie from Internet via KaZaA and I am looking for subtitles for it. I found a lot of 25 FPS subtitles on Internet, but I didn't find any with 23.976 FPS. I tried to convert 25 FPS subtitles to 23.976 FPS with some programs for it, but it doesn't fit.
