GoVideo Copy Doesn't Re-Copy Audio with Nero?

I think it's the audio track since an audio warning came up in a DVD to Mpeg conversion program. Any advice... thanks.

run it though Gspot and see if the audio and vidio are syncing...
then vdub it...i like winmpeg but i'm in a small group in here
