how do I burn dvd + data ?

I am new to the forum so please excuse me if this is posted in the wrong place...

I have used proshow to make 2 dvd movies of photos that I have taken.
I can burn the mpeg movies to dvd with dvdcomposer and adding menu's without a problem, and the dvd works fine...
What I want to do is add the original photos in a folder to the dvd as data files so that I can access them from the root of the dvd on my pc. I still want the dvd to play as normal in my dvd player, so I need to create a mixed dvd, (movies and data)
I hope this is clear. An easy explanation would be greatfully accepted.

    Thankyou

this can be done quite easily, all you have to do is to create a DVD-Video compilation in nero and add files outside the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder. the dvd player will recognize those two folders, and leave the rest alone. you can store any files you wish

to do that, however, you must get 'composer' to output the dvd in 'vob' format in a folder on the hard disk. if it cannot, use 'tmpgenc dvd author' to do the job.

once you've got your dvd in VOB's, follow this short simple guide: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/arch..._with_nero.cfm
