.rms secured real/audio real/video problem

hi i have some .rms movie files which i downloaded from www.movielink.com it was OK for 3 days then suddenly i cant see these movies...

now how can i see them, can i convert it into .avi or mpeg to watch it.

i am in great trouble. do help me please
