It's just a little gif. Poor blighter just hops up and down and never gets anywhere. There are restictions on size that can be uploaded. Like LOTR (Special anonymez edition) won't cut it, I don't think.

i just tried one well under size! the limit is 39.1kb, at 100x100. i just tried to use a 5kb one, and it said i "may not use animated images", so its got nothing to do with size...
