Need Help!
Where can I download some Video Enhancer software? because I have some video that looks all crappy and I want to make the picture better!

Tmpgenc xpress, pinnacle studio 9, video studio 9 all have some sort of enhancements, check any or all to find one suits U.
[differences are little but are like pinnacle doesnt have gamma value, while VS does have that..etc. i found Tmpgenc express noice reduction tobe best of all iv used ]Seems like as soon you buy somehing, v. 2 comes out 1.5 times as fast!..!

you get what you pay for
you cannot really increase quality of video, you can't 'bring out' detail that doesn't exist. but if you're really desperate, the best you could do is apply a denoise and/or sharpening filter through virtualdub/avisynth, but the results are questionable..."What were the things in Gremlins called?" - Karl Pilkington
