    Problem with mpegs

    when i have joined my mpegs together and try to view them Movie works fine! but if i fast foward it movie freezes and nothing happens ! What i have done wrong? I use tmpgenc to join mpegs

      Are these files MPEG1, MPEG2, VCD, or SVCD?

      Are they burned to a CD-R? If so, what software did you use to burn them?

      Are you trying to view them on your computer? If so, what player are you using?

      If they are VCD or SVCD, are you trying to view them on your standalone?

          Now i think i know what is wrong! Audio steam is out of sync ! The file is mpeg1 I used muxer to separate audio and video ! After using muxer Video works fine without audio But now I cant put audio and video together (muxer supports only mpeg2 ?)
