Under TMPGEnc, convert the MPEG2 file to an MPEG1, with the same specs as the first file...

First of all, I suggested that you convert the MPEG2 file to MPEG1.

        1) Click on the "Load" radio button and select "Unlock.mcf"

        2) Load your MPEG2 file into TMPGEnc

        3) Click on the "Setting" radio button

        4) Under the "System" tab, select "MPEG1"

        5) Under the "Audio" tab, select 44,100 224kbps

        6) Under both "Advanced" and "Video", set resolution to 352x240

        7) Under "Video", set "Rate Control Method" to CBR and "Bitrate" to 1150

        8) Save with a new filename
