Nero Express and wav files? dissapear?

hi, i am using nero express. i have a wav file which when played in windows media player is 6 hours long. i want to burn to audio cd in 80 min chunks ie; on 4 and a half cd's.
but when adding the file to nero it only comes up as 1 hour 44 mins long? where has the rest of the file gone.
why is nero only showing the first 1 hour 44 mins?
i wanted all the 6 hours to come up then split it accordingly!

    help!

    regards

are you using 'nero wave editor'? or just adding the wav file straight into an 'audio cd' project?

well, there's your problem . use 'nero wave editor' & cut up into 80 min chunks, then use nero express on each one...

Nero Wave Editor has this odd problem that if you add files longer than like 3 or 4 hours, it they are only an hour and a half long. This troubled me too - never been able to fix it. Maybe Nero 7's Wave Editor might be better?
