You can pack up to 12 CDs or 5,902 floppy disks’ worth of information onto a single dual layer DVD disc.
Do you have to set a layer break when putting data on a DL disc? If so how? And if not, can you put one huge, say, 5 GB file on it, even though it will span layers?
TNT,
in this otherwise excellent review of a burner par-excellence, notice the reviewer uses a dual-layer DVD+R from RIDATA for speed tests, but
doesn't even review this media burned in the quality section.
Don't feel alone.
So... you need a LB for data DVD's then? How do you set it, and what happens if it is just one huge file (UDF mode) - can u break in the middle of a file?
Not that I would do this, but always nice to know
