No. You can buy a video capture card, though, and capture it as an AVI, then author it on a DVD. I use the Dazzle DVC90 USB capture device and it works great, and bypasses copy protection.
Should have mentioned I already bought TV Wonder Pro ,but have not shopped DVD burner yet.
Ahh. but If I save it as AVI, would I lose closed captioning when burning to DVD? I need c.c!
