Hi Everyone,
I'm new hear, I'm not a computer geek, they weren't around when I went to school.
I have a problem trying to view a regular DVD movie on my new computer. I believe it was WinDVD that came with this thing, that froze up my movie, later gave me an error and hasn't worked since. I found a copy of Cyberlink's PowerDVD oem that I got with some component during the past year. I loaded it up, and it gives me errors to send to dear Microsoft. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what I have to do in order to fix this problem?
I'm not sure how I'm going to tell if someone answers this question on this forum. Does this forum send an email to the individual that has a question or do I have to come back and take a look at this message to see if there are any replies?
Thank you very much for your time and help.
