    From VHS to DVD

    Hi!

I dont know if this is the right place, but i will give it a try.

Im a guy that wants to transfer all my old VHS-tapes to DVD and also from my analog videocamera-tapes to DVD, Can anyone give me a hint or tip what kind of stuff i need?
Some people say that its enough with a normal DVD-burner and some people says i need Pinnacle Studio 9 av/dv or Pinnacle Moviebox.

What does the people in this forum says?
    Thanks for ALL help!
    Best regards

You need a video capture card - I use the Dazzle DVC90 USB device, that comes with Studio 9. It has a retail price of USD$80. However, it doesn't keep captions, if you wanted them, but it DOES override Macrovision without a hack.
