    playing audio streams in dvdshrink

    Hello

I was trying to convert this dvd into an iso format and i ended up with the wrong audio file.

is there any way i can figure out which is the audio file i want to go with the video.

currently i have got this dvd open in dvdshrink which has 6 audio streams(?)

    1. AC3 5.1-ch English
    2. AC3 5.1-ch Italian
    3. AC3 5.1-ch German
    4. AC3 5.1-ch Spanish
    5. AC3 2-ch English
    6. AC3 1-ch English

and then i have the subpictures with two of them(first two) in english.

is there any way to know what are the different audio streams, to ensure i have the correct one

    also what are the subpictures?

that would be my choice, but italians, germans and spanish might choose otherwise

                i geuss the difference between ac3 5.1-ch english and ac3 2-ch english

is the sound output one is a 2 channel(left and right) output and the other is a 5 channel (or 5 +1 channel)

i geuss the 2 channel takes up less bytes then the 5+1 channel. hence if one goes for 2 channel, the fit on the dvd woudl be better, correct?

2 channel is often the director's commentary soundstream, I always use
ac3 5.1 and cut other crap out
