Region Code Help

Just bought a new Dell computer and the dvd player won't let me change it to Region2, it is automatically set to region 1 but won't allow me to change it

Any ideas

whats the error or is it not highlighted anylonger.

usually you should be able to change it few times (4) before it freezes.

Contact your vendor immediately.

i have never changed it before as i only got the computer the other day,Here is what it says

Unable to change region code settings

Please make sure the Drive contains the region media and you have administrative privileges
