convert digital hi8 to dvd HELP

Can anyone tell me step by step how to convert digital hi8 to dvd?
I have a sony trc330 camcorder w/ firewire, I can get the video on my pc with windows movie maker and edit, but from there I dont know how to copy it to dvd.
Also I have nero express6, can i do what i want to withe windows movie maker and nero or do i need something else

You can use TMPGEnc Plus to encode your video to MPEG-2 format for DVD and then author your file to DVD with TMPGEnc DVD Author. The program do come with trial time for you to test:
