NERO does not recognize by DVD RW drive?

My NERO 5.5 fails to write DVDs and does not link with DVDShrink. I get the IMAGE RECORDER option, but on one of my computers, but no recognition of my DVD drive - so it can not burn. Otherwise the drive works fine. I tried reloading all software, but still no recognition. Any ideas????

Have you tried burning with another program & see if that works?

I haven't tried burning with another program...but the DVD-RW is recognized and it works. Through NERO, I can't even get it to SEE the DVD-RW. Any ideas?

I have two burner, Nero came with one burner and one is not. I can only burn with the burner came with nero I can't burn with Nero on the other burner, but dvd decryptor or Imgburn can burn with both

I have the same problem. I reboot and Nero 6 reads the burner, then I use it once, and then it looses the burner again. Reboot it comes back. How can I fix this?
