TMPGEnc cannot open... BUT WHY?

Buenos dÃas, amigos:

This horrible message is displayed by TMPEnc when I try to charge the AVI video file (no problem with the sound, wav file, though) in order to convert it: ..."cannot open, or unsupported".

This is what Gspot says:

VIDEO: DX50 DivX 5.0 Codecs installed

What's the problem, then?

Hi GloriaT,

Make sure you have all the codecs needed:

http://www.koepi.org/xvid.shtml

Also, you need to raise the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader for TMPGEnc to recognize your files. Start TMPGEnc, go to Option and choose Environmental setting. Press VFAPI tab, right-click the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader and choose Higher priority. Continue until you get highest or 2 for priority> Hope this can help you
