Virtualdub can do it.U have to name ur image files sequentially i.e 1.jpg,2.jpg etc.and put all of them in one folder.Now,if u open the first file the others will b loaded automatically.Then select ur frame rate and range.Then save as avi.This is the FREE option.
But u can also use any video editing software like Ulead Video Studio to do this thing very easily and that too with transitions and other effects.
I have some small movies made by my fotocamera, can I mix this all to one .avi with "Ulead Video Studio" or "bmp2avi" ? I also want to add some audio track over there
