Seperate audio from an *.asf

Can anyone tell me how to seperate the audio from an asf file into either a wav or mp3... well, any audio format I guess.

Download VirtualDub v.1.3 (or SPECIFICALLY v.1.4ASF). If it accepts the .ASF file for input, from the "File" dropdown menu, simply select "Save as WAV" and enter a new filename (with a .WAV extender)
