Adding videos online.

Hey guys,

I'm starting a new website and have some questions regarding videos.

1. What is the best way to put up a 2 hour video online? (I will have my own website)

2. Is there any software were the viewer could just click on the video to play without downloading or uploading?

3. Can the 2 hour video be used with Macromedia Flash player 7?

4. With Macromedia Flash player 7, the viewer can just click on the video to play without downloading or uploading, correct?

I just don't want the viewer to wait a long time to download or upload a 2 hour video, I want the viewer to click play and the video would show immediately.

Want to view your videos online, you can convert your videos to flash format first, suggest you to use SPAM removed, then the video size reduced to 1/3 as before. With Macromedia Flash player 7,you also play it
