Questions about DIKO

I am using DIKO to convert my .avi, and divx files to burn to dvd. Conversion is successful but after that I'm not sure which files I should be burning to the dvd. I tried burning the mpv, audio and menu files to a dvd and an error occured 3/4 of the way through.
