Joining AVI with MP3

Guys, I have an AVI file with no sound and separately an MP3 file for the movie. When i open both in BSPlayer they play perfectly, now is there a way to combine the two together? The MP3, however, is 64Kbit, will that be a problem?

Any help will be appreciated!

1. Open video in nandub
2. set both video and audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
3. Open your MP3 file (under audio tab)
4. File -> Save as .AVI and give the new file a name.

If you have an audio synch problem, you will need to tweak the audio interleaving option under the audio tab. It is not a difficult thing to do.
