video mixing hardware
I am a video content producer and have been researching hardware for doing live video mixing. I would like to be able to mix dvd's in real-time (live) and cannot find any hardware which could do this.
The concept is the same as mixing music with a cd mixer, but obviously the data rate of dvd is much higher and more powerful hardware is needed for pitch control (speeding / slowing the video). Does anyone know of a video mixer with dvd inputs and device control for pitch/cutting? Or any other ideas/knowledge on the possibilities would be appreciated. thanks
