Digital Vidio camera editing

I have just started to play with the sony digital camcorder that i bought last year finally.I have many programs for editing but have not played with them much and all i want to do is basic editing like putting in a opening text and closing text as well as fading in the movie and fading out. My question is what do you think the easiest software to use of the ones that i have. I have Plextor,Video Wave 5,and the ones that come with xp pro.

I am not familiar wth those SW u hav.XP comes wth WMM,which,IMO is pretty bad compared to Ulead Video Studio or Cyberlink Power Director.Try one of these .They both hav free trials.
